My name is Lauren, I am a mum to 7 girls!
I started a business a few years ago which unfortunately I had to close, but I am building the business back up in hopes to share and produce some beautiful pieces that you will all love!
We have a wide range of products available and always happy to help with any enquiries or questions you may have.

FAQ
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
I aim to dispatch orders within 4-8 working days. All orders are posted via royal mail. Any delays by Royal Mail are out of my control - I hold no responsibility over postal delays.
Please note that 4-8 working days is my aimed dispatch time and not a guarantee.
Can I cancel or return my order if I change my mind?
I am unable to accept returns or cancellations on orders placed.
If you have a problem with your order I can offer a replacement. The faulty item needs to be returned and once I have inspected and seen the fault, I will post a replacement to you free of charge. Returns need to be received within 14 days of you notifying me of your issue - they need to be in unused condition and their original packaging.
Is it possible to have an order before the stated turn around time?
Occasionally, I am able to dispatch your order the same day or next working day. This is not always possible, please contact me as soon as possible before placing your order to discuss if this is possible.
What do I do if my order gets lost?
If you have not received your order due to it being lost in the post, after 15 working days I am able to report it lost to Royal Mail and send out a replacement, I am unable to offer refunds in this type of case, but I will offer a like for like replacement to you.
Can I add to an existing order to save on postage?
Yes, please contact me for a free postage code. Please note this may add time onto your order being dispatched- depending on how many items you want to add.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes, all custom orders are welcome! If you see an item on one of my social medias that's not on the website please email me.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
All of our items are made to order which can take up to 4-8 working days
Hair accessories are packaged on bow cards, plastic bags, tissue paper & placed into a white postage box to protect them.
Personalised items will be packaged in either a box or parcel bag.
Clothing will be packaged in tissue paper in a parcel bag.
Orders are sent 2nd class, if you wish to have 1st class please contact me first.
2nd class normally arrives within 2-3 days after being dispatched but can take up to a week.
Please ensure that all postage address details are correct as these wont be able to be changed once you place your order.
